Delivery late and cold

I placed an order online only to have the item delivered 1 hour and 20 minutes later. I called the debonairs branch in dainfern and advised that them that the pizza is cold and as per their quality promise, the pizza should be free. The manager on duty then tells me that i must pay for the pizza or give it back and they will make a hot 1 and send it. This was now 1 hour and 40 minutes after placing the delivery. They wanted me to wait further for them to make another pizza. Furious at this, I called back and requested to speak to the manager again. He then tells me "Ay! I told you send the pizza back and we will make another one for you." At this point i am now hungry and refuse to wait any longer. The manager refuses to keep to the quality promise. He had no manners and respect when speaking to me as a customer.
