Delivery guy from debonairs keeps forgetting items that are part of my order

This is the 2nd time that i ordered online from debonairs pizza in Ennerdale and the delivery guy forget and item that i ordered. I had to wait over an hour for my order and it is just close by. This is really ridiculous.
