Delivery gone wrong

I am very unhappy with the Debonairs Pizza Mams Mall, I called in at 19:30 to place an order for delivery, at 19:40 I received a call to be told that what I ordered is not in stock and they can offer me another special with no extra charges, I agree then at 20:05 I receive a sms confirming my order, at 20:25 I receive a phone call from the delivery guy that he is on His way, at 21:04 I receive a phone call that the driver is lost and doesn’t know where He is going, I then directed the guy, at 21;09 I receive another phone call from a different number saying the guy is on His way. At 21:35 the delivery guy comes with a wrong order that was processed from the store. The driver complained that he had knocked off and the store asked him to do the delivery, his phone was off that’s why He didn’t want to take the order from the store. Apart from the wrong order it’s an inconvenience to wait for 2 hours for food with no one from the store informing me about my delivery.
