Delivery fee

Ive always enjoyed your guys service over the years, however I am a bit confused now because I know The company to deliver for free especially if u near the store and the packaging is also written "FREE DELIVERY!" However I am confused with the debonairs pizza store that is in De Deur we are made to pay a delivery fee of R5 even though we live just 2 minutes away from the shop. so if that is now the case why are our pizzas still in a box written Free delivery? if it is still free why is the Store De Deur charging us R5 for delivery?
