Delivery driver has no respect for customer

At 13:15 i ordered a pizza from debonairs in atteridgeville via phone, the consultant told me that it's was going to be delivered in 35 minutes time, i waited the whole hour for my food at no avail, i called again to find out about status of my delivery to my suprise when the consultant check he said there was nothing on their system that says i ordered something, i hung up when told me that, 15min after i called i bike delivery man showed, i was very angry and he told me that its not his problem that he is late its the call centre problem. He was rude and he didnt even apologize that he was late i ended up swearing at him, i waisted my time and money to be insulted like that, i paid for the dam pizza and i didnt eat it cause i lost my epitite after the confrontation with delivery guy. Im not going to buy your dam pizza again from debonairs any where in this world. I almost lost with that delivery guy, he has no respect en he was talking back at me riding way from his bike
