delivery complaint

on Friday evening i placed an order with Debonairs Pizza (Avonwood Mall) , the order was placed 19:07 and payment was also taken at that time. I have waited two hours and there was still no delivery, then I decided that I will call them and just query how far they are with my food. I called several time (7 attempts) and they keep on putting the phone down in my ear. I had to ask someone after 10pm to take me to Debonairs after I placed the order for delivery. When I got to the store there's was several customers complaining about they have been waiting long, when I wanted to approach the Manager he went to the kitchen as I wanted an answer as to where is my food. when he got to me i explained to him that i have placed an order for delivery and I'm waiting almost two and a half hours already and that I had to ask someone to bring me to the store, he never apologised or anything and i told him that I had phoned also and the phone got put down in my ear. i also explained to him that I have placed my order online and he told me that the order comes through the call centre , I told him that it's not my problem as it's their online system and not mine. I'm very disappointed in how the manager handle the customers and he don't apologise or anything he is *********** for his roll as a manager is suppose to work under pressure and he can't
