Delivery complaint
I ordered online from Debonairs Sesfikile(Daveyton) at 18:00. Its 21:18 and I still haven’t received my order. I tried calling the store numerous times with no luck. Eventually, Dudu answered and she told me that it is “normal” for orders to take 3 hours and above to get delivered- especially on “busy fridays”. Clearly Debonairs does not abide by the TCF Rules( Treating Customers Fairly). I am very disappointed.
