Delivery complaint

Hi. I'm not impressed with the service I got from debonairs today, I bought pizza and payed online only for the pizza to take more than two hours to arrive. I had to call twice and with my first call I was told the delivery guy has left after waiting for an hour and I called again after two hours. Ive canceled my order and want a refund of which again I'm told it will take 72hrs.
