Delivery and Poor Service!!!

I placed placed an order with Debonairs Pizza (Philip Nel Park - Pretoria), the order was placed 19:21 and payment was also taken at that time. I have waited an hour and there was neither a delivery nor communication from them to advise on my order like other Debonairs would. This is not the first incident with this specific franchise and at the time I was patient enough with them even after the Store Manager called me after I had to call in numerous times to complain about the delivery. His explanation was even satisfactory but I chose not to cause a scene. However, this time around I AK HIGHLY ANNOYED AND IRATE! The level of their service is truly nothing short of PATHETIC.

We then tried to contact them only to find that the store is closed *Shocking* - Why would they accept my order and advise that they are preparing it if they won’t even bother to contact me and advise that the store is about to close and they will reimburse me or perhaps advise that they will process the pizza for me tomorrow which will then be delivered during the day. This is nothing but bull**** service and I will take this higher should I not receive any feedback by tomorrow. I’m definitely never ever placing an order with them EVER! They are such a PAIN to say the least.
