Delivery and dirty

I ordered Debonairs at Phillip Nel Park at 18:25 online and said they will deliver on 19:15. I phoned at 19:35 and shop said all delivery bikes is out and will probably back in 10minutes and then bring my order. Then I phoned at 20:25 from 2 diffent phones and couldn't get thru after a few attempts on any phone. Then someone at Debonairs phones me at 20:30 and asked if I've got my order,and I said no. Uhm uhm oky let me try to locate the driver the guy said. I told him how can I wait for cold food to eat then he said I wil try to locate the driver,will get back to you and he dropped the phone. Then 10minutes later the driver arrived with the order, the boxes was flat and broken and dirty en even the slip was so dirty and I openend the box and some of the pizza was stuck to the other end of the box. And then he said you know much you own me, and then he didn't even have change to give to me,even if it was only like R4.00 The service was so bad I never want to order or see theur name anywhere,it will make me feel sick after this bad experience of bad unprofessional staff. Not just one useless person that is working there,half of them is properly. Reason for that is the 3 persons I dealt with at that branch was all unfriendly and not even admits to be sorry for bad service and didn't know what is going on there. And I still wait for the call back from them to say where is the driver. Their name will go bad in a month if they still have that staff there. I would love to share the photos
