Delivery after an hour

I literally live 3 minutes away from Debonairs I don’t understand how you guys take over and hour to deliver my pizza. It even came cold. Your driver ****son started delivering places that even way further than where I live I literally leave behind ses’fikile square but your driver went far to c*****dene first and this is not the first this is happening. It’s messed up really!! My pizza got delivered 1 hour 18 minutes later cold!!!
