delivery after 3 hours

I placed an online order on Friday at 8:15 and had only received my order 3 hours later . I had called the store 4 times to find out what is going on with my order was told everything that the driver is almost there and that he should be there in 5 minutes . i had asked to speak to manager ,Lean and he also told me that the driver is on way after i called the last time he says he call and check with his driver, only be told the driver was lost and that he spoke to someone by the same name as my husband that he did not place any orders so the order was returned. finally the driver did arrive at 11:30. told him we are not paying as it says if it is late it is free. the driver then returns the next day claiming for the money and he comes at 4:30pm and at 10:00pm saying the manager ,Keon asked him to collect the money. that is so unprofessional of Debonairs . First of all is the driver could not find the address the he should have called the store to enquire and the 3 different people I spoke to should have called the driver to enquire where he is and get back to the customer , it was only until I asked the manager to call and check with his driver that he did. the driver now is harassing us for the order payment as he calling to our home at any part of the night .he has also come to our home yesterday night. this is ridiculous and if I he should return to my today I will taking matters further.
