Delivery after 22h00

I ordered a pizza from Lephalale Mall. The order was placed at about 20h11. #***7. The pizza was only delivered after 22h00; I was already in bed when I received the call from the driver. The driver was unapologetic about being late. His response when asked why he was late was that he had many orders. My order had missing items, the wings were not included. I only discovered this when I opened the boxes after he had left. The service I received was totally unacceptable. I wouldn't refer anyone to that restaurant.
