Delivery

I ordered pizza today at exactly 17:05 from Debonairs Maponya Mall and paid online, I receive a call from the delivery driver at 18:10 and he tells me we have to meet at a nearby Shoprite for me to collect my order, he tells me this has always been the case and he can't come to my house, I ask to cancel the order he puts the phone down in my ear, no one from the shop bothers to call me, I try to call them to find out what's going on and the call goes unanswered. I want my money.
