Delivery

I place an order with Debonairs Pizza in Phoenix. The order was placed at 17:20. I waited fot 1 hour and there was no delivery, then I decided to call them and just query how far they are with my food. I called several time and they kept dropping the call and then by 7pm they closed. My daughter was fasting she wanted Pizza not home cooked food and she cried with dissapointment. If Debonairs are unable to process the order on time you'll rather stop order at a certain time or notify those who ordered that you'll unable to deliver @8pm I had to make homemade pizza for a child who didn't eat from 5am in the morning due to fasting. This is very dissapointing and I will not order from Debonairs again. Debonairs must understand that kids gets excited and they await eagerly for their pizza and then to see them get dissapointed when there's no delivery.
