Delivering pizzas is hard

<p>Hey Debonairs, I didn't think it was possible for your service to get any worse but I was proven wrong once again tonight. First we order from the Glen Fair branch. After waiting more than an hour I phone them to hear what's going on. Apparently they couldn't find the place even though I've been a customer there for more than 10 years. I tell them I demand the pizza for free because they couldn't deliver. They refuse and offer to bring me the cold pizza. I tell them it's okay, they can keep it then and I'll order from another branch. I then order from the Menlo Park branch, maybe they'll get it right, because delivering pizza is so very hard. I specify Cash on Delivery with a note to bring card machine seeing as your website does not have the option to specify pay by debit card. The driver pitches up with no card machine - surprise, surprise. I go to go draw money from the ATM. I try to give the driver R120 and demand change, but low and behold, the driver does not have change - according to him they do not trust him with change. I don't want to tip him, he doesn't have change so how does he resolve the problem? He grabs the pizza out of my hand and drives off. Thanks once again Debonairs, a ****ing pleasure as always.</p>
