Deliveries always 2 hours late

My order was placed at 12:33 today and I am still waiting. I called the store at 13:43pm and they told me that the driver left 15mins ago. Now I understand that due to where the store is (Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain) that there are other areas to be considered as well HOWEVER this happens all time. Sometimes orders are delivered 3 hours later. Debonairs Westgate need to get their act together. Atleast work out a proper plan - for instance if there are orders in San Remo/Strandfontein and further into Mitchell's Plain, split the orders amongst your damn drivers correctly. Customers can't be waiting 2 hours later because your route is messed up and you still expect us to pay for a pizza thats cold. This is really pathetic.
