Delayed delivery + only after several phone calls

1 and a half hours after placing an order at 18:30 a call was made to enquire about the delivery. I was told the manager would call me back which didn't happen forcing me to again call Debonaires. This was 2 hours after the delivery was placed. The Manager then insisted that deliveries take more than 1 and half hours if they are busy. I refused to pay for the pizza but was Informed that I had to. Not willing to argue any longer I agreed and put the phone down. The pizza came only 20 mins later and on speaking to the delivery guy was informed that the manager had only sent the pizza now because the previous delivery guy had 'disappeared'. Looks like the Sparks Road branch just lost a customer for ever. Poor service and unhelpful staff
