Delayed and Rude

I placed an order for delivery at the Auckland Park Debonairs because the Newclare one was offline.<br> Understandably so, it is month end, however I was told my order would arrive in 25min-1hr. I have been waiting for over 2 hours! I call in to find out what happened and the lady just tells me it's coming and that it isn't her problem, it's the deliveries problem. I then call back to ask for her name and I'm not sure if she mumbled Sorce or for what. But the level of attitude is appalling. I have never had experienced such lack of customer care from them. I really hope calls are recorded so that their staff can be taught etiquette. Yes, it is a fast food service however there is a certain level of class in which you address customers with.
