Degraded.insulted.mocked and laughed at by a debonairs call center agent and her entourage of agents

Called in for a pizza .. The wrong one arrived in a squashed box soaked in rain water .. Returned it to driver he said will be back with the correct order.. I then decided to quickly call n change the order that's when the insulting and degrading all began. I explained to the lady .and she began. Firstly saying it's correct and coming back to me .I told her no and she bagan with her screaming .picking laughing and almost hanging up on me .I retaliated and gave up over her words phrases and laughs as I felt belittled .embarrassed as I heard her call center agents all laughing at the mock she made me when I insisted it's a wrong order send me a new one . She even went as far as to say take a dam s**** dig the pizza and take it's it's yours ..don't blade bulls hit.don't waste my time .what nonsense is this etc etc .I in tears allowed her to finish and asked at the end while they all laughed please can I have a triple decker for my husband and she said yes but please don't waste my time ne.1hr later the pizza comes and the driver refuses my husband to check as if he will take it and not pay treated him as a ***** and there I have a pizza I'm scared to eat as god know who had to pay for the wrong order and in anger did god know what to the pizza. I can't believe this experiencephalitis and no she said there is no one .no mangers here you can hear ne
