deboroach (debonairs and there roaches)

<p>so about one and a half months ago i went to debonairs at O.R TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT with my friend to go buy some pizza ...after waiting long for the food ...we had the pizza and whike we were a terrible hard taste got to our months we first looked at each other ,then continued to eat .the taste was still there ,to my surprise as i looked at my pizza the piece i was eating there were a ****roach in my pizza ...i felt sick to my stomach .i then went back to debonairs and before i got to the counter the lady tells here friend (eish another conmplaint)...and told me no its the mushrooms.i havent even open my month as yet.i told her well this is not a mushroom this is a bug....she took the pizza box with the pizza anfd bug in it .she took of the ****roach and throw it away ,clearly she did not know i already took pictures .i then told her to show me the mushroom cause she insisted it was mushrooms ...both me and my friend took a look and it didnt look anything like that mushroom .she side not inside it will look the same so i told her to cut the mushroom open ,she refused .after that i asked to see the manager and they told me his not in and they dont know when he will return .she decided to take my number and i took hers .she said as soon as he returns she will inform me ....i had to stay of work to go to the doctor and i had to still on my sick day take my members i drive to work ad go fetch them ,because i felt sick sudden and did not give them time to he get other transport which was double the trip for me on that day ....and i got unpaid for that day...a week later still no call from them to say the manager is in .i then reminded her to get me to see the manager only three days after my call i got to see the manager .he did hid hid name badge and he looked uninterested in what i had to say .he was ******** and looked like one of the staff members ....he did confirm that was a ****roach and not a mushroom but then he said if he eats a ****roach he wont get sick...then he said he didnt understand why i felt sick of a ****roach......for me that means its okay to eat dirty ****roachs and pay for it.i then walk away from him and done a little google about intake of that same bug and the information i got is terrible i even imagine what if a granny,oregnant lady,or child had to eat that ....and clearly their system might be weaker then mine...so then i took it one step further to the headoffice i did email then the whole story and guess what ?,,,i"m still waiting for a response .....from paying for a pizza i enden up paying for ....petrol for up and down driving.doctors fee,to data for emial and even got unpaid (i didnt have sick leave days left) and i didnt even get an apology not once and no refund or even a response ....i am highly disappointed because i was a debonairs fan ,,,i was crazy about their pizza and now everything changed .....</p>
