debornairs pizza goodwood very bad cust services

Called in to place a order for delivery. The call consultant was not much attentive to the call and when the order was placed on hold for 5 TIMES while taking my order then she placed the order completely wrong,waiting time for delivery was 45mins as I was told, order came after 1 HOUR AND 20mins,brought wrong pizza and pizza was cold.called manager/supervisor,manager said she would bring us a new pizza ASAP then delivery man arrived after 30 mins and told us he would replace us with ONE slice of the new pizza. Then called manager again,manager was extremely rude and demanded the WHOLE pizza back again.there was a slice left because while waiting for new pizza my family was starving because it was 21:30 pm already and the order was placed at 19:45.my wife spoke to her after I did because she gt extremely rude,she called me a **** by telling my wife that she told me to keep the whole pizza untouched,all she said was \she will send a new one with the delivery man".I will never order by them nor refer them.<br> Very bad service and unacceptable attitude from manager/ supervisor"
