What is the use for having an online order app if one still needs to order OTC and do the very same thing that was trying to avoid. This happened to me twice already at Debonairs in Lemo Mall, today it was a cashier by the name of Motshidisi whom was unapologetic about the whole deal as if it is normal to order from app and otc when you get to the store like 45 min later. I like your Pizza as much as i hate waiting for it. I thought since the app its a win-win situation, apparently not.
