Debonnairs Protea Glen sucks!!!

I placed an order online just after 3:30 on the 20th April 2019 for delivery it took 3 hours for me to get my order... that's after I decided to fetch it myself. I kept on calling the store and their HO everytime when I call I would be told that my order is out... 3 hours later I drove to the store and guess what my order was sitting there. The last guy I spoke to was so rude to me, he was calling to get directions to the delivery place... just because I asked him that 3 hours later you calling me to get directions while I was told that my order is out. I asked him if he was at the store and he said no... that's when I also lost it cause he was calling me with a store line... when I told him that he was lying he told me that I might as well come fetch to the store to fetch it myself. And this is not the first incident!!!!
