Debonnairs Pizza phillip nel park nightmare

I ordered pizza yesterday at debonairs Pizza Phillip nel park in pretoria around 18:17. I called to track the pizza from 19:30 and was told that it's raining and drivers can't deliver. I waited for the pizza still doing follow ups because my kids only wanted pizza. Around 21:00 that's when the pizza arrived. Burned, dry the cheese was too hard on top. No dessert that I ordered. The driver said they didn't give him. My kids tried to eat it and eventually just stopped. I called again to complain but no one was taking the call in the shop. I then called again this morning to complain about it and I was put on hold while the manager didn't want to speak to me. He instead said to the lady that answered, he will call back. Also he asked if the kids ate it. Kids were hungry waiting for pizza for 3hours only to be disappointed.
