Debonnairs Pizza Hatfield complainant.

Good day. My name is Themba and I jot this review with broken heart because of how I was unfairly treated by the restaurant mentioned above. On the 1st of March 2025 at 17h25 have placed an order with order number #*** & have waited 1hour and 50 minutes for a delivery. So I've cancelled the order and seeked for a refund. I've called them many times to a point where I've spewed with the managed of the Pizza complaint call and have lodged a case with case number CAS - ***-***7R3 on Friday 07 March 2025. Since from that day, I called again wanted to hear from them how is the progress of the reimbur*****t and said to me 14 days hasn't passed yet. So today on the 21st of March called them again asking on why I haven't received my refund yet because the duration they've given me has elapsed. Whenever I call they say are sorry for any inconvenience caused and they'll communicate with the manager in regards to my issue. Today when I spoke to Okuhle from Pizza Complaint Center said to me my case was closed although I haven't got my refund she was also supprised on why the case has been closed although not been refunded.
