Debonnairs Horrible Service - Meat Pizza with no meat only mayonnaise and tomatoes

I'm a sucker for excellent service but this time I didn't get it. It was on the 30th of Sept 2024 my partner and I placed an order around 19h30 for the two medium pizza 🍕 specials which cost us 80.00 each along with the energade as advertised on their website. Because the jabulani branch was offline we were then allocated the Maponya branch for delivary. What a disappointment and uphaling service. So order was placed around 19h30 and it only arrived at the 21h15 just when I was about to cancel order the driver (gift) called and said his by the gate after collecting the order we learnt that they have replaced the energade with small two Fanta orange just when we were about to settle was was offered to us boom the chicken n mushroom pizza had only mayonnaise n tomatoes we took photos not a trace of meat the something meaty pizza was alsoba mess of BBQ sauce honestly the service was uphaling. I Lodge an online complaint on their website hoping they could take action and correct the situation on the 08th October they sent a case number *** I then logged another one on the 12th October case 133751 I recieved a call on the 10th GM at debonnairs Maponya tool my details and said she will come back to me she never did no call again from the debonnairs H/O. The brand does not take their clients serious our complaints don't matter. none of them were actioned I have been a debonnairs client since childhood now working class I have subscribe to their online subscription and added them as favourite on Mr D but the township services are whack, poor and unapologetic money does not grow in trees treat us equally go am extra mile just as you would do for a surbab area. there is no way I am looking for meat in a pizza and end up not finding it only to eat mayo n tomatoes while my R179 is all gone I'm not doing debonnairs again, I've unsubscired to all promotions, online login totally lost hope in the Brand as a whole. Im tired of asking for good service for old brands who have been in the game but struggling to provide good customer sevcie because it's month end and we're in the townships our complaints dont matter with our money Gone!! I'm not doing it again debonnairs from me to you bye 👋 I age to find another pizza restaurant coz wow
