Debonnairs Bluewater Bay you need to do better

I'm very upset of the bad service I received today, having to wait 2hrs and being told that they don't deliver in my work area. I had to call the Manager to refund me and another 2hours have passed. I didn't eat lunch today and I'm still waiting for the refund that I was told will be sent immediately.When I call the store I'm being ghosted.
