Deboniars sucks

Debonairs Dube i have since ordered a Pizza online from them since the date of the 27/10/2018. It's been two weeks heading for the third week I have still not been refunded.

I was warned about this before by another client who has since deleted the app and no linger purchases from them. You call the contact centre and all they do is refer you to the branch itself where no one picks up the phone. On their social page all they do is apologize and advise they have escalated the matter for the immediate attention of the branch manager who to this day has still not called me regarding my refund.
