Deboniars Southgate

what a terrible service I just received from Debonairs Southgate. Ordered pizza today for delivery at 06:45pm and was told to wait for an hour. An hour later, still no order, called back and was told to wait for 15 more minutes, after 30 minutes, I called again with still no order. while on the call I was told the driver was dispatched to me and was on his way, 15 minutes later while still on the phone, driver is not there. when I ask how will they compensate me for this delay, I was told that I could cancel the order if I wanted to. this was 2 hours later, still with no driver and no pizza.

I wish I could say this was the first time this happened to me, but it was the 3rd. I though to myself, let me give them another chance, but it was the same poor service.
