Debonairz pizza ****** me
On the 1st of May 2019 I ordered a pizza with Debonairz pizza and I had ordered Earlie before my lunch party started it was my birthday and I ordered the pizza for 15:30 I placed an order at 10:54. Firstly the pizza was 2hours late it came around 17:30, secondly I know the clause of Debonairz pizza when the button is red your pizza is hot and fresh which means you pay but when the button is black the pizza is cold and u don't pay meaning the pizza is free, so in my case the pizza came back with a black button meaning I shouldn't pay but the driver created a scene and forced me to pay I tried calling Debonairz pizza and to no reach... Am very disappointed in their service and am a loyal customer to them but after that day am not sure if I'll ever place n order with them I want my money back... Or else they should change their rules because what they wrote in their website it's totally different from what they selling you
