It has now been nine weeks since we ordered pizzas from the Belhar Debonairs Pizza store with disastrous consequences without it being addressed at all.

The pizzas were ordered at around 19:00. After a number of calls to the customer service line, we were assured that the Pizzaz was on its way ("the driver just left with the pizzas...") at 20:20.

Eventually, at 21:30 we went and bought other food and went to bed. At 23:15 the driver arrived with ice-cold pizza and insisted that we take the order and complain later.

When we called we were told, "sorry you took the order"

We then placed several complaints to Debonairs (Famous brands) but got absolutely no response except "we are sorry"

I hope that the people of Belhar realize that they are being discriminated against because they are coloreds, as this will never happen in Constansia or Welgemoed...
