Debonairs...not all is at it is advertised

Already sent an email complaint which had been ignored for almost 3 weeks. Bought meals for my family,one of the pizzas was RAW. Returned it at Gold Reef...and was told EISH...NOW WE HAVE TO PUT IT BACK IN THE OVEN...I told the cashier I wanted a refund,he refused and told me TO WAIT 15 minutes while they prepared another one...which was even more unedible as the first. NEVER AGAIN BUYING FOR DEBONAIRS GOLD REEF CITY...pathetic service!!!!!
