Debonairs Zevenwacht Mall is useless

Good day. On the 9th of May just after 13:00 i ordered 2 pizza's for delivery from Zeewenwacht Mall. After calling numerous times to folow up on the delivery. 3hours later i still were waiting. At last i got hold of the manager, Miriam. She told me that the driver was lost - never did the driver or the store call to ask for directions. Best of all the delivery address was just down the road from the Mall, 11min drive. Miriam was supposed to do a refund, it has been a 3 weeks and still i have not recieved my cash back. Over a week ago i received an email from Grant who is apparently the store manager requesting my contact details and atill no contact has been made. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BAC**** Worst service EVER!
