Debonairs Zevenwacht Mall is Disgusting

This is probably the worst Pizza place I've ever encountered in my life. I thought the service would change since a couple of years ago when I received a pizza from them where it looked like someone took a bite out of my pizza. Now today I placed an order @ 15:54 and now being 19:24 I have yet to receive my pizza. Not only have I been promised by 2 people by the call center that a manager will contact me or my wife but I've had 2 people from the same call center who dropped the call on my wife. Now this is extremely unprofessional behavior from a customer service center as my wife and I both work and worked in a customer service center and we would never treat our customers in the manner that this Debonairs have treated us. Not only today but over the years. This is truly disgusting from them. I've kept quite year after year and just brushed it off but no more. Whoever decides to place an order whether online or face to face, I say good luck to you guys as this place makes me hate all Debonairs. Forgetting the past year of disgusting service from this place I'll refer to the past 2 months only. I've received cold pizza, bad call center people not knowing how to approach or speak to customers, call center staff acting like the customer is at fault for their ***** ups at the restaurants, I've also had to deal with empty promises and pizza and subs that look like someone bit on them and lastly I had to deal with delivery people totally disrespecting my wife over the phone and this Debonairs (Zevenwacht Mall) also changed our address which ended up in the driver going to a totally different address. This is the most disgusting thing I've ever encountered in my life. I'd rather go to Pizza hut from now on. ***** Debonairs Zevenwacht Mall
