Absolutely disgusting service and I am a long time customer with Debonairs Zevenwacht Mall

Ordered a Cramed Crust triple decker last night and 18:30.

Pizza Guy showed up at 20:03 with a cold pizza and a black dot on the box.

I have 3 kids at home who have been waiting hungry the whole time, I know that if the dot is black and the pizza is cold, it's suppose to be free.

Called up Management, spoke to Laura or something like that (white lady) who is the most unprofessional Manager I have ever come accross. She refused to live up to their marketing and provide me with a refund, she even went as far as to let my kids stay hungry, and send another pizza which takes another 45 minutes to an hour. Not forgetting That we alreasy been waiting for an hour and a half.

Absolutely disgusting.
