I placed an order half past 3 and I am still waiting whilst I already paid for it online. This is so ridiculous I am utterly disappointed in the service. Now I don't even know whether I'm going to be reimbursed or not. I honestly taught that placing an order before I leave work will speed up the waiting process but it turns out that I was wrong.
