Debenairs Wynberg - *****ing peoples money and no urgency to return that funds when booking food online to Deliver. I have yet to receive money I have paid for food my family has not received. I ordered food to the value of R199.29 online on their website. We waited almost 1HOUR.30 mins. Driver called to say his on his way 3 times and COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND WAS SO DELIBERATE HE HUNG UP 3 TIMES while trying to provide him the address. We have not yet received our Funds even though we tried to call more than 5 times. All we are told is that someone will get hold of you and the service consultant promise to get the funds. They told us they will do the refund but nothing. I have wasted so much airtime with no refund nor even compensation for delay and funds kept
