Debonairs' worst service experience:(

Good day

I am writting this email appalled at the disgusting service I received from Debonairs. I called to place an order for delivery on Thursday evening(01/04/2021),after being sent from pillar to post and being told that the Debonairs in silver lakes which is literally 5 min away from where I stay(Willow park manor)doesn't deliver in my area,I was then referred to Debonairs Tshwane mall,I placed my order and 2 hours later it hadn't arrived,I called 3 times and was told it was on it's way,on my 4th call I was told there was an issue with the delivery man and the manager had just left the store to bring my order. I spent the better part of the evening making calls and only received the order which we even paid delivery for over 3 hours later which was also cold.

I am disgusted at the level of service that I received,having to pay for such poor service and cold pizza was the worst experience but because we were hungry as a family we were left with no choice. However I am writting this email because this experience has left an after taste and we don't see ourselves using debonairs ever again after this horrible experience.
