Debonairs worst service 14/08/2021

Hello Peter,I ordered a 4 some pizza from Debonairs Carlton centre yesterday evening,first the delivery guy called me to wait outside for him and he came after 20mins,when he got here my order was incomplete as it was supposed to come with a malva pudding,when I asked him about it he said he said he doesn't know and he just left me ,when I opened the pizza I found out it was cold and I immediately called the shop,they were just having a conversation while I was holding the call,then the lady who answered the phone said her manager said they'll make another pizza I mustn't eat the one I have.I waited over 20 minutes and called back and I was told that since they are about to close the driver will come and pick up the cold pizza and give me my money back,since yesterday I've been waiting and I asked the lady if she can take my cellphone number so they can keep me updated she refused.I'm very disappointed with this kind of service cos from the background I could here the manager being told about the whole ordeal but she didn't care to solve it.
