Debonairs - Worst Pizza Franchise ever!!! ORDER NOW AND GET F**K ALL

I placed an order for Debonairs at the Phoenix Plaza branch using the app at 19:12, it's now 22:00 and I haven't recieved my order my yet ...I have made several calls to the franchise however all the agents say is that the order is about to leave the store.I called in 3 times and and I was told to wait 15-20 minutes for the delivery.This is really unacceptable as this was supposed to be my family's supper .The last time I placed an order with Debonairs Mount Edgecombe they mixed up my order and now this .If Debonairs are struggling with the volume of customers close down your delivery service or better still shut down the franchise and allow space for more reliable food outlets to run their businesses.It is sad and disappointing as my family actually enjoy the pizza but sadly we won't be giving them business anymore and I will also advise anyone who wants to purchase pizza to use an alternate outlet that is not apart of the Debonairs franchise. This is pathetic service delivery!!!!
