debonairs van riebeeck park worse service and treatment from the Branch manager Freddy that i have every received on Saturday nite. after i order a hawain pizza on online at 7 received conformation the store is prepairing my order delivery exp. at 7:35 got sms rate our service i replay no pizza delivered yet. call centre suggect i phone the branch and ask. phoning the branch what a disappoiment. sorry we cant help phone online service centre so back and forword after 4 phone calls and 40 min later the driver arrived at my house with a cold pizza i said i will not pay for a cold pizza as it stands on the debonairs box. the manger of the store told the driver to phone me said i must pay the pizza is cold because of the weather when i wanted to speak to him he drop the phone the driver then phoned back and plead by me to please pay or send pizza back its not his fault and his has to pay for it which is not my problem or fare of the driver. the manager Freddy was the most rude and unsupporting with no effort to try and resolved the issue.
