Debonairs Worcester disgusting looking cold food

Ordered pizzas for a work function pizzas came an hour later. Dry , disgusting looking and ice cold. I then sent a picture of the pizzas on Facebook and put in a complaint. Debonairs said they’ll be in touch in December already, but still nothing.
