I placed an order at 6pm and was told that there is an hour delivery time. At 8 pm I called the store again as my food still haven't been delivered and was told "uh... sorry its busy" and "its the drivers" I only recieved my order at 8:44 pm. Now I know for a fact that the drivers is not to blame as the food was still hot when it did reached me. So the kitchen did not make it until much later.This would be fine if at any point some one reached out and informed me that my food will be late. At no point did any of the staff bother to inform me that there is a problem and my 2 small children had to wait 2 hours and 44 minutes for the food. This is horrible service from my opinion and I will no longer make use of the company. Expecting a client to pay for food that is so very very late is ridiculous in my opinion because of the failure of the kitchen and the cashiers to do their work and/or inform the paying customer is unacceptable. Please feel free to reach out as I have kept the receipts and time stamps of the calls just to remind myself of how poor the service is and to not make the same mistake again.
