Debonairs will never see me again

Never again will I order from Debonairs. Placed order at 18:35 tonight. Phoned the store without answer numerous times after an hour and a half waiting time. Contacted customer service after an hour and 50 minutes without a delivery. They said they will contact the store. Placed me on hold for over 37 minutes and then hung up. The delivery guy phoned me two hours after I placed my order (whilst still on hold with customer service) to tell me he is first going to deliver somewhere else and then come to me. I told him he can cancel the order as its been two hours. He said the store will phone me. Now almost 3 hours later - no delivery and no call from the store. My daughter went to bed without the pizza she was so looking forward to. Things are getting expensive. Takeaways are going to become a luxury for most. With customer services like this, you WILL close as people will rather spend their money at a takeaway place that has service. You have lost a regular customer. I'll rather stick to Romans in future
