Debonairs where is my money and food,

I placed order at 6 yesterday 26 Nov 2021, and it's 27th Nov 2021 @6 a day later and still not one word from the store, regarding my order, every time I call I get put on hold till the line gets cut, not even a sorry or apologies for my order not being delivered, nothing even regarding refunding my money I paid, its horrible service which left my kids hungry, and I'll definitely never ever in my life purchase anything from debonairs again, wish I could sue them for their pathetic service, they should just close their doors honestly
