Debonairs Wetton Circle Pathetic

Debonairs Pizza Wetton Circle Brand:

I waited over 2 hours for 1 large pizza, I called the store 4 times about the delay and they women who answered kept saying she will check and call me back but she did not.

I then repeated my order online along with a complaint and after 2 and a half hours I eventually got my pizza and what made it worse is that it was cold.

The store manager then decided to claim that she resolved my issue which wasn't true because she did not call me.

I then called her and asked her why did she resolve the issue and send me a sms if we didn't speak she claimed to have called me several times but I have no missed called on my phone or received any calls.

She then tells me that she can't help me and it's not her problem I should of called the store directly to complain and not complain on the debonairs app because that's not her problem

How pathetic. Nazlie is the worst manager. Very unprofessional and ****y.

At the end of the day. They did not resolve my issue at all. What is the point of the app if I can't place my complaint on there.
