Debonairs Westgate Moipone Tswane Appauling Disturbing Attitude with Pizza tasting like Chemicals

We ordered 2 Pizzas today for a pick up at Westgate Mall. We got there and they were 2 people one paid and left then the next moved over. Whikst he was served by this lady one of the ladies from Magic Shop came and immediately the lady stopped serving the guy and created her saying "Hello chomi" and passed my daughter who was also waiting for her pizza. I confronted this casher and she told me that she is serving the guy. This is someone who just left the guy to help her friend who works at one of the shops at Westgate mall. I asked her why she is not telling us that she will serve us? She continued with arrogance and ignored us and became slower at what she was doing. Another lady from the back had to ask another casher to service us. The service at Debonairs Westgate Mall is appalling it's also a very dirty shop which happens to sell food. They have no manners and are full of attitude. When we got home the Pizza tasted like Chemicals and have me cramps we couldn't finish it so we throw it away. I am totally dissapointed at this franchise I regret buying there. I always order from Princess Crossing their staff there are well mannered and know how to treat customers. I hate the Westgate Mall franchise it's very dirty and staff is not trained well. I urge the manager to look into this. The lady who was rude and didn't serve us is named Moipone Tswane from Westgate Mall is the rudest the most arrogant unmanaged ********* human who happens to be in the forefront at Deboniars Westgate Mall. Who servers her friends first rather than the line. Very ghetto as well. It's truly a shame and embarrassing that our sister have such a behaviour towards customers.
