Debonairs Westgate Mall Service

I have been really disappointed in Debonairs pizza on the 2 May 2020. I placed my order 16:17 by 17:00 my pizza hasn't been delivered. I started calling the store and to my dismay no answers. I kept on trying to call them it was already something to six. I then decided to take a drive to the store. On arrival the manager was busy with a customer that was waiting for her delivery since pass 2 the afternoon. The Manager then informed me that all online orders they received was cancelled,but nothing reflected on my app. I asked if I can wait for my order he said yes it would at 15-20mins(just after 6 at the time) . I had to wait outside the mall as I stood there more cars started to pull up with the same issue . Well the 20mins waiting 50mins eventually the Manager come out with his laptop and bag and two boxes of pizza(not in a bag warmer) he informs us that he has to deliver it to a customer that has be complaining(over the phone) mind you I called and called and no answer...I knew something was fishy the pizzas was for him he just went to put it in his car and came back...he called one of the staff to bring out my order. By this time it was pass 7pm. I am disgusted and appalled by the service and attitude behavior by Debonairs Manager. I have put my complaint on Twitter and on responded 5days ago I responded with my contact number as requested and till today 15 May 2020 I still never recieved a call or apology. They fact that I had to drive out my own petrol to fetch my order and the fact that the store didn't even have the decency to call clients and inform them about the trouble at hand is so unprofessional. And then give the worse quality pizza you can ever recieve from Debonairs as if to say "there,eat!!!!!"
