Debonairs Westgate Mall PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I am extremely disappointed in the service received all in all.

I placed an order at 6.07pm, after which the system went offline. I tried calling to find out whether the order had gone through. 9 times I called, calls went to call center which is very unprofessional. The lady rushes through the words without giving you a chance to speak and immediately directs your call to a branch, 9 times. Once I even yelled, wait, wait, wait, as calls directed were never answered by Westgate Mall Branch. She even transfered my to Herm****!! The struggle was real with this call center for nearly an hour.. painful experience!

At 6.37pm system goes back online, I can see order has fail, to which I do a new order which the goes through. At 7.12pm my order is being prepared... the clock is ticking, 8pm passes, 9pm passes.. at 9.17pm I received a call from Westgate Mall saying that I could either wait an extra 1h30mins or cancel the order. Really? That would mean my order possibly would arrive at 11pm!!!! With a 10pm curfew???

Oh, and on the order I had R50 birthday voucher..which obviously lost. This morning I received an apology sms with R50 SORRY code voucher. I just laughed, you guys are a joke.

The service at Westgate Mall is ultimately pathetic...always been, but thought I'd give the benefit of doubt.. Never Ever Again!!
